Yes, this is a loop tour and at the end you are welcome to go back in our first stop should you like to use a restroom.
The tour covers around 1.25 miles over the relaxed nearly 4 hour loop. We walk at a moderate pace and are sharing the history of the area, so we pause frequently in addition to the four tasting stops. We do recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes and coming prepared with a jacket or umbrella in case the weather should change. The tour is wheelchair friendly.
The tours are held rain, shine, or snow. In the event of inclement weather, we will be able to go inside many of the establishments on the tour. If needed, we also provide ponchos in case of sudden weather changes or if you do not have your own umbrella. However, we advise to check the weather conditions for your day’s event and dress appropriately. Comfortable walking shoes are encouraged.
Yes, and all locations are wheelchair accessible.
Gratuities are greatly appreciated, although not mandatory. We would love it if you would leave us a positive review on TripAdvisor, Yelp, or Facebook!
Dan B., Fort Wayne, IN"Fort Wayne Food Tours is a fantastic way to sample some of the city's best restaurants while learning some history in between. The food was excellent and Randy's passion for telling Fort Wayne history is the icing on the cake..."
